   Pure Reach Window Cleaning agrees to provide professional window cleaning services to the client, as specified in the agreed-upon quotation or work order.

 

2. Payment Terms:

   Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges. Pure Reach reserves the right to withhold services until payment is received.

 

3. Cancellation Policy:

   Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

 

4. Access to Property:

   The client must ensure safe and unrestricted access to the windows to be cleaned. Pure Reach will not be held responsible for any delays or inability to provide services due to restricted access.

 

5. Safety Measures:

   Pure Reach adheres to strict safety protocols. Clients must ensure the safety of the cleaning team by notifying of any potential hazards or unsafe conditions on the property.

 

6. Quality Guarantee:

   Pure Reach guarantees the quality of its services. If the client is unsatisfied with the results, Pure Reach will rectify the issue within a reasonable time frame at no additional cost.

 

7. Liability:

   Pure Reach is not liable for any damage caused to items left on window sills, damaged window screens, or pre-existing structural issues. Clients are encouraged to remove fragile or valuable items from the vicinity of windows.

 

8. Water Damage:

   Pure Reach accepts no liability for water damage to the property or its contents resulting from the window cleaning process. Clients are advised to take necessary precautions, and Pure Reach will exercise due care to minimize water exposure.

 

9. Weather Conditions:

   Pure Reach reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of inclement weather, ensuring the safety of its team and maintaining service quality.

 

10. Insurance:

    Pure Reach is insured against accidents and damages during the provision of services. Clients are encouraged to report any issues promptly to initiate the claims process.

 

11. Confidentiality:

    Pure Reach respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties.

 

12. Indemnification:

    Clients agree to indemnify and hold Pure Reach harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the services provided.

 

13. Dispute Resolution:

    Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.
